We will be performing maintenance on our ticketing system at 22:00 NZDT Tuesday 19/1/2020 (09:00 UTC)
The maintenance is expected to take about 1 hour, if there are any issues we will roll back the change and return to the existing environment within 4 hours.

During this time emails into support@modicagroup.com will not reach our ticketing system but will queue on the Mail Server. The emails will be processed by our ticketing system once the maintenance is complete, so the automated 'Your support ticket ID is' responses will be delayed until the maintenance completes.

Support tickets will be responded to in NZ business hours on Wednesday as normal.
