The scheduled maintenance period is closed with a successful upgrade.  All Operator connections are functioning normally with the exception of Orange in Dominican Republic which is being investigated separately. We are also seeing sporadic issues with email2sms and we will raise a seperate incident for customers affected by these items.  We really appreciate your patience as we worked through this large upgrade to improve resilience and redundancy.
