The scheduled maintenance was completed as planned, users would not have been able to access web2sms for a 5 minute period between approx 23:02 and 23:07 NZST (11:02 - 11:07 UTC, 21:02-21:07 AEST)

We have completed all tests and Web2sms is working normally, scheduled messages set up prior to the work and scheduled to send after the work have gone out successfully also.

We’re carrying out some maintenance to our Web2SMS database ahead of key improvements we’re developing internally. The benefits of this work include improved security and performance.

Web2SMS users will be impacted for a short period of time, so we ask that you read the information below.

Disruption period: approx. 5 minutes
When: Wednesday, September 22nd 2021 at 23:00 NZST
Wednesday, September 22nd at 21:00 AEST
Wednesday, September 22nd at 11:00 UTC

Impact: During the maintenance window, you can expect a 2-5 minutes disruption period.
When trying to send a message, an error message may pop up on screen preventing you from sending. We encourage you to try again after 5 minutes or after the maintenance period.

If for any reason, we need to roll back the changes, you will be notified. Please reach out to our support team (support@modicagroup.com) if you are experiencing other system issues during this period.
