Modica are completing Database and infrastructure maintenance so we can continue to deliver fast, reliable and intelligent messaging products & services via our Omni Messaging Platform. This work will include the migration of our Databases to a local cloud-hosting provider.
This two-hour maintenance window is planned for:
Auckland, New Zealand Wednesday 18th September 2019 at 9:00pm to 11:00pm NZDT
Sydney, Australia Wednesday 18th September 2019 at 7:00pm to 9:00pm AEST
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Wednesday 18th September 2019 at 5:00 am to 7:00am AST
During this maintenance window, customers will not be able to access the Omni dashboard. Messages from mobile handsets may be delayed and delivery receipts for our Web2SMS users will not be processed.
Our Campaign Manager API and our Competition API will not be available however, all other API services will continue to work as usual.
