Modica's engineers have identified a component of our Omni Platform that requires urgent maintenance.
On Sunday March 29 between 22:00 - 22:30 NZDT (09:00 - 09:30 UTC) we will be performing maintenance on our NZ platform that will interrupt all messaging APIs and applications for up to 5 minutes during the maintenance window.
During this maintenance window you may experience interruptions to some tabs and if running reports or trying to send SMS in our Omni Web UI. We expect any interruptions to be less than 5 minutes in time.
Our Australian based systems will not be affected.
