On 10 June 2026, we will be upgrading the resilience of api.modicagroup.com to improve failover capability and reduce potential service disruption.
As part of this change, api.modicagroup.com will resolve to multiple IP addresses within the subnet 202.160.117.0/28, with automatic failover managed via DNS.

Customer Action Required
To ensure uninterrupted service, customers must:
- Allow outbound access to the subnet: 202.160.117.0/28
- Connect using the domain name: api.modicagroup.com
- Avoid configuring connections to specific IP addresses, as this may prevent failover from functioning correctly

Customers already using api.modicagroup.com and allowing the 202.160.117.0/28 subnet should not need to make any changes.
