Between 10:43 and 10:53 July 3rd (NZST) 23:43 - 23:53 July 2nd (UTC) an internal system experienced an error which caused a very small number of MO SMS messages and some Status messages from NZ carriers to not be processed.

Please note this issue affected only a handful of MO messages for a small number of our clients.

All affected MO messages and delivery statuses were resent later, the handful of affected SMS MO messages will, therefore, have been delayed in delivery and some Delivery Status messages for outbound SMS MT messages will also reflect this delay.

Affected outbound messages will have gone out as normal but will show as having been delivered at 12:22 July 3rd (NZST) 01:22 July 3rd (UTC)

The issue was resolved very quickly and messages have flowed normally since 10:53 July 3rd (NZST) 23:53 July 2nd (UTC)

This incident affected: Omni - Applications (Campaign Manager, Mobile Studio, Mobile Gateway (API), Two Factor Authentication, Competition Engine, Email2SMS, Subscriptions, Voting and Polling, Web2SMS, Middleware Customers (RedX to Omni)) and Mobile Operators (New Zealand).
