There is an increased demand of SMS activity for the COVID-19 pandemic and this is currently affecting 2Degrees network.

In order to tackle the intermittent issue with delivery receipts during peak times, 2Degrees will be performing an emergency activity on 19/April/2020 from 23:00 to 01:00 20/April/2020 NZST to improve their handling of messages and be able to handle large volume of delivery receipts.

During this time, all messages handled by the 2Degrees network will be delivered after a delay and will hopefully tackle the DLR issue we are experiencing with them.
