2degrees has advised that they plan to perform maintenance work on Monday 11 March 2024 between 21:00 NZDT and 12 March 2024 05:00 NZDT (11 March 08:00 UTC - 16:00 UTC).

There are expected to be 5-30 minute periods of unavailability between 21:30 and 03:00 NZDT (08:30 and 14:00 UTC) during which times messages will be queued within Modica's systems for delivery once the service returns.

Messages to 2degrees mobile destinations during the above Maintenance may experience significant delays.

We will update this Maintenance page if the maintenance work is delayed or extended.

If you experience delivery issues outside of this maintenance window please report them to support as normal.

Note due to the hour we will not send a notification for the end of the maintenance.
