We are pleased to share that the issue preventing delivery to Spark and Skinny customers was resolved at 18:50 NZT (06:50 UTC). The start time of the issue was 18:30 NZT (06:30 UTC) - a total downtime of 20 minutes.

We will continue to monitor SMS and paging services and hope to provide a final incident report about the outage within three business days.
